Anecdotes & Hearsay Are Not Facts

“Plural of anecdotes and hearsay is not facts.”

A common form of logical fallacy is to convince others and even ourselves, that if something is repeated constantly, therefore, it is true. This argument from repetition fallacy is commonly used in persuasion tactics and could be implemented consciously or nonconsciously. Therefore, it is important for us to recognize that repeating a claim, a story, or a personal experience without supportive evidence to back up the claim in order to demonstrate to others does not make the claim true. Hence why our legal system does not accept hearsay as evidence.

This is why Theory of Self-Relativity insists on having a skeptical mindset and to always seek for supportive facts to a thought, a claim, or a hearsay until such mindsets and statements can be verified with facts. Because, as stated in Self-Relativity:
