Rejection
May 6, 2022Fallacies
June 12, 2022The filter of thoughts are facts; the confuser of thoughts are feelings.
Feelings are irrational, feelings are unstable and feelings cannot exist as standalone entities because a feeling is a symptom of its underlying cause; therefore, every feeling and emotion that we experience is completely reliant on the thought which is causing and supporting the existence of that feeling.
If the thought that causes and supports a feeling goes away, that feeling will immediately disappear. The real-value of a feeling is completely reliant on the real-value of the thought that is generating and supporting that feeling. If the thought is factual then the resulting feeling will also be as a result of facts and true-reality; hence the feeling will be rationality based. If the thought is nonfactual, fallacious or based on a comforting-belief, then the resulting feeling will be irrational and in conflict with reality.
Although all of our feelings are valid, this does not mean all of our feelings have factual-value. When we minimize our random feelings controlling us and when we allow our factual-thoughts to direct our feelings; we will then generate reality-based genuine-feelings and we will experience and interact with reality as reality is and not as we want reality to be. This is why Theory of Self-Relativity advocates and teaches what it has termed as factual-thinking.
