“Factual-Thinking: Dealing with reality as reality is, not as you want reality to be.”
At the core of Theory of self-Relativity’s “Cognitive-Cognition-Technique”, and as its primary discipline, is “Factual-Thinking”. Factual-thinking enables us to become aware of and identify our individual thoughts so that we can evaluate and deal with them on their factual merits.
Factual-thinking filters out nonfactual-thoughts and emotional-thinking that could influence our decision-making incorrectly and affect our behavior negatively. By limiting the influence of nonfactual-beliefs and emotionally derived thoughts that are the primary causes of self-deception, and by engaging in factual-thinking, we will then be able to resolve and eliminate our negativities, as dislikable as they may be, so that we can place our Self on the path of experiencing more contentment, positivity, and happiness. As stated in Theory if Self-relativity:
“Facts shall set you free!”
