March 6, 2024“All humans feel joy and happiness, and sorrow and sadness, similarly.”
According to Theory of Self-Relativity, the “value” of human life and human emotions should not be based on any form of conditionality; because every human life must have equal value and all human emotions must be considered “valid.” Although emotions are individually perceived, are subjective, and are often irrational; all emotions, regardless of their rationality or their factual-value, must be considered as valid, because they are truly felt by the person experiencing those feelings and emotions. Therefore, to address and improve one’s feelings, feelings must always be considered as valid and without-conditionality. However, validity is not an indication of value; understanding the facts associated with that feeling affirms the value.
To feel good, you must think well.
