Natural vs Supernatural
May 29, 2025“If people don’t judge others, then they are forced to self-reflect.”
People who are judgmental, are often cynical as they engage in what Theory of Self-Relativity has termed as “Externalation”. Theory of Self-Relativity defines “externalation” as:
“One’s focus and preoccupation with external things and events in order to avoid and distract one’s Self from observing and recognizing one’s own deficiencies”.
Cynicism and judgmentality deceptively enables those who are weak and insecure to focus externally to find faults with others, instead of focusing on their own Self to recognize what they need to improve. This is why “self-reflection and introspection” is designated as one of the 2 non-negotiables for self-improvement in Theory of Self-Relativity.
Judgmental people judge without any reason or evidence, instead of making a judgment based on facts and reason. As further stated in Theory of Self-Relativity:
“Judgment is the prerequisite for decision making. We should pass judgment but we must not be judgmental.”
