Common Sense
March 4, 2021“Mistakes are something we can improve; bad-habits are mistakes we repeat.”
As Einstein said: Insanity is “doing the same thing over and over again expecting different result.”
As further stated in Theory of Self Relativity; “Failure and success are simply steppingstones events in the process of continued improvement.”
However, bad habits are mistakes and failures that we continuously repeat because we refuse to change. Habits are learned and the reason we repeat bad-habits is because we are holding bad-thoughts that support our comforting-feelings instead of having thoughts that improve our outcomes. Emotional-thinking, which often creates a comforting state of mind, is one of the main reasons we continue to repeat mistakes.
In order to unlearn our bad-habits we must change how we think so that we can see reality as is and we can make changes and improvements to the circumstances of that reality. Factual-thinking is the first-step to unlearning and changing bad-habits.
