Awareness & Understanding

Awareness and Understanding are the most important attributes in dealing with reality.

Many go through life insecure and even scared because they do not deal with reality based on understanding and they deal with reality based on emotions and gut-instincts. Although we react with emotions especially in fight-or-flight situations so that we could be safe; going through regular daily life we should act based on our knowledge of reality which could only come from how we think.

When we have self-awareness we can only then have better awareness of our surroundings and when we have knowledge of our weaknesses it is only then that we can strengthen our weakness so that we won’t deal with reality with fear. This is why we should abstain from emotional-thinking and we should learn “factual-thinking.”

Deal with reality as is; not as you feel it should be.
