March 22, 2021“When you believe, you assume that you know but you don’t know that you know.”
In order to create certainty, we must “know”; not believe. Many incorrectly think or assume that because a thought, an opinion or an idea feels good to them therefore that thought, opinion or idea must be true. Many are not aware that a feel-good thought or mental-state is at best a belief and not factually proven knowledge; therefore, it is integral that we distinguish between beliefs and knowledge.
A belief is not knowledge and to believe is not to know.
